Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk long distances.
• Must be able to conduct foot patrols both indoors and outdoors.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Driver Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned accounts and provide leadership to Security Supervisors.
• Coordinate service delivery, staffing, scheduling and post orders for client sites.
• Drive continuous service improvement, performance metrics and client liaison.
• Support new business development and expansion within the accounts.
