Job summary

GardaWorld in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Contract Security Services Account Manager to maintain on-site performance for a key account. You will handle client issues, communicate with contacts, and build strong relationships to enhance security services.

Responsibilities include updating databases, reviewing compliance, managing billing, analyzing data, and delivering detailed presentations. You’ll guide customers through projects and contracts, ensuring KPIs are met and value is delivered.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations with progressive responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle client issues and emergencies.
• Communicate with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long‑term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue follow‑ups.
• Keep CSF and ASF current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates with local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports and client communications.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.

Your Responsibilities As An Account Manager

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.

• Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• A college degree or equivalent work experience
• At least three (3) years of experience in security operations, with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities.
