Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a Security Service Technician (union) in St. Louis, MO. The role involves diagnosing, servicing, and installing card access, CCTV, and burglar alarm systems for customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will read blueprints and manuals, follow troubleshooting procedures, and complete service acknowledgments. On-call readiness, lifting up to 70 lbs, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with card access and CCTV.
• Able to read blueprints, submittals and manuals.
• Familiar with NFPA standards and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and service card access, CCTV and burglar alarm systems.
• Read diagrams, schematics, and manuals to perform repairs.
• Provide on-site customer service and generate service reports.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety guidelines on site.
