• Identify guest needs for golf cart, shuttle, or wheelchair services.
• Handle basic issues and refer more complex problems to higher-level staff.
• Record visitor information in electronic systems and badge visitors as appropriate.
• Open passenger doors and assist with bags; assist with valet services as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
