Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead and maintain corporate security access, card and key programs across facilities in Glendale, CA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Security, Criminal Justice, or Business Admin.
• Four years in corporate security or law enforcement with supervisory exp.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and react appropriately in emergencies.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency with security technologies and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, implement, and maintain the Security Access card, Security Key, and Emergency Preparedness programs.
• Supervise Security Access Control Specialists.
• Manage day-to-day activities of security access card and key programs.
• Monitor and respond to card and key access control issues.
• Oversee distribution of keys, access cards, and equipment to authorized users.
• Coordinate service issues related to alarms, card access, and Kaba locks.
• Provide backup for billing and invoicing management for Security Projects and Systems.
• Coordinate visitor and vendor access movement and event coordination.
• Facilitate emergency evacuation drills.
• Oversee video user and access management.
• Implement and maintain the Kaba Mas Lock Program and troubleshoot lock issues.
• Generate departmental card/key access and audit reports for the Physical Security Manager.
• Review COOP plans, security Blue Book, policies, procedures, roadmap, and vendor contracts with security leadership.
• Draft monthly board reports.
• Ensure incident reports are completed, logged, and sent to the manager.
• Participate in branch security safety and training development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
