Job summary

An educational institution in Florida is seeking an Access Control Systems Technician I. Qualifications

• Ability to successfully complete a company provided training program within the first year of hire.
• One year of related experience strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with three years of driving experience maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Possession of a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing the physical security and locking devices for UAB buildings.
• Assist with the design, installation, and maintenance of alarm systems and access control systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current security devices and related computer technology.
