Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in access control, security, or related customer service is preferred.
• Experience in government, military, industrial, or secure environments is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Control access to facilities and restricted areas by verifying credentials and badges.
• Process employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors per established procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure security compliance.
• Conduct security inspections and report concerns or suspicious activities.
• Verify authorizations and resolve routine access issues per procedures.
• Maintain awareness of security conditions and report incidents promptly.
• Greet and assist employees, visitors, contractors, and VIP guests.
• Provide directions and information on access procedures.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, service-oriented demeanor.
• Support visitor escort and access procedures as needed.
• Communicate clearly with personnel at all levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned
