Job Summary

MUST BE 21! Must be able to work nights and weekends. We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security/Bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, preventing losses, and responding to incidents effectively.

Duties

• Conduct ID Checks


• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.


• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks.


• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.


• Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate situations as necessary.


• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.

Skills

• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.


• Experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory.


• First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.


• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups.
