The h.wood Group is seeking a security professional to join our Miami Beach nightclub team, greeting guests, verifying IDs, and monitoring the entrance to maintain a safe, welcoming environment aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities include crowd control, assisting staff through crowds, and responding calmly to emergencies. The role requires strong communication, conflict management, and physical stamina for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in nightclub environment.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain discipline and control the environment.
• Ability to handle conflict, and make quick & sound decisions.
• Must be physically fit & able to stand for long periods (5-7 hours).

ROLE SUMMARY

Security personnel ensure that the club maintains legal compliance by checking IDs. They must be friendly and welcoming to the patrons entering and exiting the club. They will be responsible for giving visitors general information about the club, checking tickets, and administering crowd control before, during, & after service. This position is responsible for diffusing any guest situations, should they arise, using non-aggressive tactics.

RESPONSIBILTIES
