Job summary

BMO Capital Markets in Chicago seeks an Analyst to support securitization and structured finance deals across asset classes. You will assist with credit and portfolio analyses, perform due diligence, and help structure transactions in collaboration with Credit and Account Management teams.

Responsibilities include writing credit memos, analyzing financial statements, and monitoring client performance. The role offers growth within Global Markets with strong analytical and collaboration

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree with outstanding academic achievement in finance, economics, or accounting.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience; formal credit training preferred.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concise credit applications and memoranda for new and existing transactions.
• Conduct credit risk analysis using servicer reports, cash flow models and financial statements.
• Assist in portfolio management with annual reviews and covenant monitoring.
