JPMorganChase in New York seeks a Securities Valuation Analyst in the Municipal Bond team to generate valuations and support pricing models. You will manage large data sets, apply quantitative techniques, and contribute to growth initiatives while maintaining high data quality and client-focused service.

You will work with traders, researchers, and technology teams, leveraging Python and Excel to deliver accurate analytics and practical insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of finance principles, modeling, fixed income, and data science.
• Experience in fixed income, especially Municipal Bonds.
• Proven ability to think clearly and work under real-time deadlines.
• Proficiency in Python, ML, AI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Daily generation of securities valuations for multiple market closes with data collection and analysis.
• Develop pricing models and improve data quality and processes.
• Analyze securities or portfolios and explain nuances to colleagues and clients.
• Collaborate with traders, research, and technology teams on growth initiatives.
• Ensure first-class client service and timely responses.
