• Support Principals and Associates in securities-related arbitration, mediation, and court case matters.
• Perform legal research.
• Gather and analyze documents.
• Prepare and file state registration documents.
• Assist with arbitration/trial scheduling and preparation.
• Prepare and file SEC documents.
