An elite national plaintiff’s firm is seeking a Securities Litigation Plaintiff-Side Attorney with over 7 years of experience. This remote role offers strong compensation with no billable hour requirements and an opportunity to be part of a new growth initiative within the firm, recognized for significant recoveries in landmark cases.
About the Position:
We are working with an elite national plaintiff’s firm that has an active need for a litigator with 7+ years of securities class action and/or derivatives experience. This newly established department is a key growth initiative for the firm, and is ideal for someone who’s ready to take initiative and make an immediate impact. The firm has over 50 years of experience representing plaintiffs in financial fraud, consumer protection, antitrust, securities, defective drugs and devices, environmental, and financial and insurance litigation matters in the United States and abroad.

Responsibilities:
· Litigate securities fraud class actions and shareholder derivative suits on behalf of clients
· Draft pleadings, motions, and arbitration briefs
Required Qualifications:
· 7+ years of experience with plaintiff side securities class action litigation experience
· Experience with derivatives litigation is a plus
· Large law firm experience is a plus
· Admission to the bar (in any state)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $250,000 – $300,000+, depending on experience. Strong bonus potential.
