Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice in Florida.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state procedural rules.

Responsibilities

• Efficient management of multiple cases.
• Timely preparation of pleadings, motions and discovery.
• Participate in mediations, hearings and depositions.
• Client interaction and problem resolution related to cases.
• Apply best practices and standards in handling clients and cases.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies for case presentation.
• On-time completion of reports and projects per partner/client needs.
