Qualifications

• 2-4 years of complex litigation experience preferred.
• Must have excellent credentials and writing ability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to learn on the job and adapt to feedback.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with composure.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex matters with teams of attorneys, focusing on securities fraud actions and complex class actions.
• Perform extensive legal research and drafting on federal and state securities laws.
• Develop, manage, and execute litigation strategies and discovery planning.
• Assist with management of clerical staff to ensure timely support.
