Citi is hiring an Officer, Securities & Derivatives Analyst in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The role focuses on end-to-end confirmation, matching, and risk controls for listed products, ensuring accuracy and timely processing across exchange platforms.

You will work with Trading Desks, Middle Office, Sales, and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies, optimize processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while leveraging Excel/macros and other data tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–6 years in Securities & Derivatives Operations.
• Experience with trade confirmation/matching platforms.
• Strong communication with clients and desks.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end confirmation, affirmation, and matching for listed derivatives and securities.
• Coordinate with Trading Desks, Middle Office, Sales, and counterparties.
• Identify and resolve trade discrepancies and allocation breaks.
• Design metrics and automate reconciliation workflows.
