Job summary

Citi is hiring an Officer, Securities & Derivatives Supervisor (C11- Hybrid) based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The role leads a team responsible for end-to-end post-trade processing including confirmations and settlements across global markets.

You’ll partner with Operations, Trading Desks, Custodians, Brokers, and Clients to drive accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in trade confirmations and settlements, strong leadership abilities,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Previous people management experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for global Trade Confirmations and Settlements across APAC, EMEA, NAM.
• Lead teams responsible for end-to-end post-trade lifecycle, including confirmations, matching, settlement processing, and client servicing.
• Resolve complex confirmation and settlement issues by applying expert knowledge of market infrastructure, custodial networks, broker interactions, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational excellence via analysis of metrics, service delivery trends, capacity utilization, and control effectiveness.
• Prepare and present management reports, business updates, and risk assessments to senior stakeholders.
