Responsibilities

• Research and analyze securities and complex commercial litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement discussions.
• Develop case strategies with senior attorneys.
• Manage discovery, document production, and exhibit organization.
• Maintain client communications and provide case updates.
• Attend client meetings and assist with trial preparation.
