Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be securities registered in all states where support work will occur.
• Strong computer aptitude and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to information requests.
• Research client account inquiries and provide fund values.
• Assist clients with securities questions and process trade orders.
• Enter information into electronic systems and coordinate with Financial Advisors.
