Competenze

• Active New York Bar admission required.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle securities, antitrust, and consumer class action matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, experts, and support staff on complex federal litigation matters.
• Represent institutional investors and other clients in high-stakes litigation.
