Job summary

Qualifications

  • Documented application of software engineering or systems engineering principles.
  • Embedded or cloud system development and secure configuration.
  • Computer networking fundamentals and OS administration (Windows/*NIX).
  • Proficient programming in C, Java, and Python with development environments.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity testing tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Research secure system design, implementation, and hardening techniques.
  • Leverage software engineering, system administration, and cybersecurity expertise.
  • Maintain sponsor relationships through on-site technical discussions and presentations.
  • Lead process enhancements for controls, architecture, and test projects.
  • Apply project management to lead tasks or projects.
  • Mentor junior R&D engineers for growth.
