Job summary

RTX in Cedar Rapids, IA invites motivated students and early professionals to join our mission systems team. The role supports Datalinks product development, provides security-enabled solutions to partners, and participates in the systems development lifecycle from design to verification.

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's or higher in engineering, have a High School Diploma, and show strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Familiarity with comm engineering architectures/designs and performance specifications/test methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, experience presenting technical data.
• Experience with Python scripting, test automation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team supporting Datalinks product development and security-enabled solutions for partners.
• Participate in the systems development lifecycle from trade studies to verification testing and qualification.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to meet program milestones.
