Qualifications

• Experience supporting Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across government, contractor, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence.
• Ability to lead a team in fast-paced classified environments.
• Top Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience in construction surveillance, Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience in construction surveillance, or Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction surveillance during building, renovation, maintenance, and modification activities affecting sensitive spaces.
• Verify that personnel, materials, tools, equipment, and work practices comply with approved security procedures.
• Monitor access to controlled construction areas and identify unauthorized activity, substitutions, anomalies, or concealed conditions.
• Document daily observations, incidents, discrepancies, work progress, and required follow-up actions.
• Coordinate surveillance activities with government security representatives, facility personnel, contractors, and technical specialists.
