Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

In addition, you will perform secure material handling tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and ensure compliance with security guidelines while maintaining accuracy and safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience with a physical job that involves repetitive motions and climbing.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail to follow procedures and protect confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on/off shelving and carts, often using a ladder and pallet jacks.
• Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
