Job summary

Tag Systems is seeking a full-time 3rd Shift Secure Inventory Clerk for our Eatontown, NJ facility. You’ll handle vault entries, stock verification, and maintain accurate records while adhering to security procedures. The role offers a stable schedule and competitive pay.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a controlled environment, with basic Excel skills and strong attendance. Background check and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to document and verify incoming and outgoing stock.
• Basic computer skills (including Excel).
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to follow PCI security procedures.
• Previous experience working with inventory documentation or controlled stock is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept cards into the vault, release stock to operators, verify quantities, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Create vault stock reports, process claims, and ensure the vault remains organized, compliant, and secure while supporting day-to-day operations under shift leadership.
