Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Full-Stack Developer with 5–10 years of Java and ReactJS experience to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications for mission-critical systems.

The role requires DoD Secret security clearance as a condition of employment, with location options in Andover or Tucson (Hybrid – at least one onsite per week). 6‑month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full‑stack development experience with Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
• Strong OOP, RESTful API design, and secure web app development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/HTML/CSS and modern frameworks (Redux, Next.js).
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile practices.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for access to defense systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain full‑stack apps using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
• Design RESTful APIs and ensure secure, efficient frontend-backend communication.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, systems engineers, and DBAs to implement robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, integration testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Write clean, maintainable code adhering to security and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot issues across the stack to ensure reliability and performance.
• Assist in migrating legacy apps to modern architectures when needed.
