Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc in the United States seeks an Access Control Officer to process authorized visitors, deter unauthorized entry, and enforce security at INSCOM/MSC facilities. You will perform ID checks, badge validation, escort un-cleared personnel, and manage entry/exit inspections, using government systems such as DISS and Lenel to verify clearances.

This role requires US citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, CPR/AED, and ability to stand or walk for long shifts; STI-TEC

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizens.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience using security systems such as DISS or Scattered Castles.
• CPR and AED certifications required.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, sitting and stooping for up to 12 hours.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English; follow printed rules and orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage access for personnel and equipment entering/exiting facilities.
• Operate government security systems and databases.
• Perform ID checks for building access.
• Conduct entry-exit inspections and document security activities.
• Provide access control services for INSCOM/MSC facilities.
• Verify badges and authorization for equipment/media.
• Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to un-cleared personnel.
• Verify visitors have appropriate clearances and notify sponsors of arrival.
• Conduct random entry/exit inspections as per EEIP.
• Record entry-exit reviews and use CMS for verification.
• Maintain shift logs and sign-in sheets.
• Inventory government-furnished equipment within 15 minutes of shift change.
• Notify authorities of any life-threatening situations.
