Job summary

iQuasar, LLC is seeking a mid-level Facilities Maintainer & GSA Locksmith to support the Missile Defense Agency at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in structural maintenance, be able to conduct inspections, and perform tasks such as locksmithing and HVAC maintenance. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of professional experience in structural maintenance or high-security construction.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, diagnose, and certify GSA-approved locks.
• Conduct regular equipment and system inspections.
• Perform foundational HVAC maintenance and general plumbing repairs.
