Qualifications

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Six (6) months or more of related experience.
• Ability to report and record maintenance requests.
• Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe use.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial duties across the entire facility.
• Complete all duties on the daily schedule to maintain cleanliness.
• Operates related motorized and non-motorized equipment.
• Report needed repairs and ensure property security during shifts.

Skills

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment

Ability to read and interpret instructions

Basic understanding of equipment upkeep
