Job summary

enGen is seeking a Security Architect to design and implement secure data solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments. You will partner with security, data engineering, cloud, and application teams to build scalable data platforms, pipelines, and protection capabilities, enabling secure data use while maintaining governance and compliance.

The role requires strong communication with business partners, experience in security architecture, cloud platforms, encryption, and IAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Security, or Engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in security architecture and information security.
• Experience communicating with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Architect and engineer data security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments.
• Define mitigation strategies and perform risk assessments.
• Advise stakeholders on security technologies including cloud services, data governance, encryption, and IAM.
• Lead and mentor peers and junior team members as needed.
• Support compliance with required standards, guidelines and processes.
