Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned data security architect to design and implement secure data solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments. You will partner with security, data engineering, cloud, and application teams to enable secure data platforms, governance, encryption, and access controls.

The role requires guiding security design decisions, performing risk analyses, and advising stakeholders on modern security technologies and practices to protect enterprise data and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Security, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years architecting security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and engineer data security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments.
• Define mitigation strategies from security assessments and risk analyses.
• Advise on modern data and security technologies including cloud services and access management.
• Lead and mentor peers and junior engineers on security architecture best practices.
• Ensure compliance with standards and policies across the enterprise.
