Job summary

Reflow is seeking a DevOps & Security Engineer to evolve our cloud setup, strengthen security posture, and keep our platform fast, safe, and reliable at scale.

You will own deployment across AWS/GCP/Azure, build CI/CD pipelines, design isolation for multi-tenant customers, and lead encryption and threat detection efforts. Join founders and engineers to improve observability, resilience, and cost efficiency as we grow.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong background in CI/CD, container orchestration, and auto-scaling.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure security, encryption, access control, and monitoring.
• Ability to balance performance, cost, and reliability in system design.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with reliability and safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, monitoring, and scaling across cloud providers.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Design isolated multi-tenant environments for enterprise customers.
• Implement infra monitoring, alerting, and dashboards.
• Lead data protection, encryption, and threat detection initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Partner with engineering to migrate to a more secure cloud architecture.
• Support security reviews, compliance efforts, and audits.
