Job summary

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance preferred or ability to obtain TS/SCI
• BS degree in software engineering or computer science
• 3+ years in software development, DevOps, systems engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience designing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
• Experience with source-control workflows, branching strategies, release management, and automated quality gates
• Experience deploying containerized applications using Docker or similar
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go
• Working knowledge of .NET/C#, Go, or Python
• Experience supporting RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed applications
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Helm

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application services and AI components
• Automate builds, testing, security scanning, packaging, deployment, rollback and release management
• Support deployment and operation of .NET/C#, Go, and Python services across environments
• Build containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Develop infrastructure-as-code and configuration-management solutions
• Manage build artifacts, container images, dependencies, secrets, and environment configuration
• Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates into pipelines
• Implement monitoring, logging, and dashboards for AI applications and services
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, networking, performance issues
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment consistency
• Support secure delivery of locally hosted or self-hosted LLMs and RAG services
• Collaborate with developers, AI/ML engineers, cybersecurity, system admins, and government stakeholders
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
• Participate in code reviews, release planning, demonstrations, and Agile activities
• Ensure compliance with government security and config-management requirements
