About the Role

You will be part of our Digital Grid team, focusing on delivering technology consulting and managed services to Power & Utilities clients. Your role involves building and leading our Operational Technology (OT) Services offering, providing services related to OT platforms such as ADMS, OMS, SCADA, and others, working with major vendors like Aspen Tech, GE, Schneider, Hitachi, etc. This fast-paced role requires flexibility, leadership, and technical expertise to transform utility systems and enhance grid modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design OT Services organization structure, staffing, and processes
• Oversee recruiting, training, and solution development for OT services
• Lead client engagement and business development efforts
• Collaborate with OT product vendors and stay current with industry trends
• Build and mentor teams, develop client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence
• Travel as required for client engagements

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; master’s preferred
• 10+ years of experience in consulting for Power & Utilities, implementing OT systems
• Deep knowledge of OT platforms and services, including experience with major vendors
• Strong leadership, client management, and project delivery skills
• Willingness to travel and manage client relationships
