As a Sector Director, you will provide sales leadership for one of Computacenter's key growth sectors, leading a team of Client Directors and Account Managers responsible for driving revenue growth and targeted customer acquisition.
This role carries full accountability for sector performance, including revenue, gross margin, profitability, customer retention, and long‑term growth. As the senior business leader for the sector, you will establish and execute business strategy, develop high‑performing sales leaders, and create the operational discipline necessary to deliver consistent and profitable results. You will champion a customer‑first culture that supports both the acquisition of new logos and the expansion and retention of existing customers, ensuring Computacenter remains a trusted long‑term partner while accelerating growth across the sector. The ideal candidate is an accomplished business leader with a proven ability to lead sales teams, drive organizational performance, and build sustainable growth within complex enterprise environments.
