HNTB Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking a Stormwater & Utilities Section Manager to lead a team of 4–7 drainage/stormwater and utility design engineers, providing technical direction and delivering transportation projects for public clients.
You will manage budgets, mentor staff, coordinate with other sections, and help win work through disciplined project delivery and client engagement. A PE license and strong leadership are preferred.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a group of 4 to 7 drainage/stormwater and utility design engineers, providing technical expertise and managing and delivering transportation projects. We are looking for an engineer that is experienced and knowledgeable in drainage/stormwater/utility design throughout the design process. HNTB is delivering the largest and most complex transportation projects in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. You will be a technical expert and leader that can help win and deliver transportation projects for our public transportation agency clients. Candidates should be able to share their experience with others in a way that promotes the development of less experienced staff and improves the performance of the whole team.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of practical experience including 2 years of leadership experience.
