Raytheon Technologies seeks a RAM/FRACAS Section Leader to operate onsite at our Woburn, MA site. This role leads RAM analyses, FRACAS activities, and personnel within the SE&TC Life Cycle Engineering group, ensuring delivery of high-quality work while supporting staffing and program goals.

The position requires an active Secret clearance or eligibility, STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel up to 15%. On-site work in Woburn, MA is expected.

Qualifikationen

The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) Long Range Radars department is seeking aReliability,Availability,Maintainability(RAM)and Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)Section Leader to work onsite in Woburn, MA. As a Section Leader, the candidate will be expected to activelyparticipatein leadership team goals and initiatives, support department hiring and program staffing, provide employee feedback and mentoring, and be actively involved in daily program operations. This positionprovidesan opportunity to enhance your skillset by contributing to the development of our workforce.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in RAM analyses across the system lifecycle.
  • Experience with Failure analyses and corrective action implementation.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience in radar systems, system requirements, and/or system test.
  • Demonstrated understanding of program Technical Data Package (drawings, parts lists, and electrical schematics), Change Notices (CNs)/Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), technical manuals, and tool catalogs.
  • Performed as a technical lead for RAM & FRACAS teams.
  • Experience with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar budget tracking system.
  • Experience with Raytheon’s Proposal Capture Process (development of Basis of Estimates, etc.), Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and certified BOE certification.
  • Ability & desire to lead large teams.
  • Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain Secret Clearance
  • Professional Certification in the area of Reliability, Availability and Maintainability.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
