We are currently recruiting to fill anticipated vacancies for Secretary 2 roles across all our locations.
These will be first shift, full-time positions (40 hours per week), with a Monday through Friday schedule. Schedules will be based on operational needs and may include non-standard start and end times, holidays, and weekends. Work locations will be in offices located in the following regions:

This role involves performing a full range of secretarial support functions, including:
Candidates should have substantial knowledge of office procedures, proper grammar, business communication, and office software. Skills include interpersonal, oral, and written communication, scheduling, and operating office equipment. Ability to prioritize, operate electronic devices, and take notes is essential.
General Experience: Three years of experience in office support or secretarial work.
Special Experience: One year as a Secretary 1 or equivalent.
Substitutions: College coursework in secretarial sciences may substitute for experience at a rate of 15 semester hours per half-year of experience, up to two years.
