Job summary

Altus Technology Solutions LLC in Ridgecrest, CA, seeks a WSL Material Coordinator to support NAWCWD/WSL programs. You will procure, expedite and track materials and services, coordinating with the Program Manager, engineers and test leads to meet schedules.

Requirements include 3+ years in logistics, knowledge of government supply, and vendor negotiations. A CA driver’s license, U.S. Citizenship, and a current DoD SECRET clearance are required for hire and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in logistics and purchasing.
• Experience researching vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring lead times.

Responsibilities

• Research government and commercial suppliers for item availability, lead times, and pricing.
• Coordinate inventory, accounting, control, and disposal of contract materials.
• Collaborate with Program Manager, Engineers, and Test Leads to determine material requirements and delivery sequencing.
• Requisition materials and establish delivery sequences according to project schedules.
• Inspect delivered material for correct type, quantity, and quality before handoff to project teams.
• Maintain procurement records and reports on hand, on order, shipping, and damage.
