Job summary

Aeronautics Systems sector in Palmdale, CA is hiring a Supply Chain Tech Coordinator 1 to support manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials. The role is in-office, 4/10 schedule, and requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Active in-scope Secret US Government Security Clearance.
• Program access clearance within 365 days from submission.
• Preferred: forklift/pallet jack experience.
• Preferred: SAP experience.
• Preferred: 6 months Warehouse/Kitting or related experience.
• MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and conveys materials within plant, yard, or work site.
• Opens containers using hand tools; counts and weighs materials.
• Loads/unloads materials onto pallets and moves with hand tools or equipment.
• Picks kits and verifies quantities and part numbers.
• Wraps and packs kits to send to offsite locations.
