Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Watercraft Maintenance Technician in Key West, FL to support the SFUWO facility. The role covers maintenance of over 40 boats, 30 outboard motors, and related trailers, with responsibilities including 3M documentation and GCSS-Army transactions.

The ideal candidate will hold an Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship, with hands-on experience maintaining Combat Rubber Raiding Craft, small outboard motors, and Sea-Doo jet skis, plus

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to independently maintain watercraft and small outboard motors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Combat Rubber Raiding Craft, including valves, holes, cuts, tears, transoms, baffles, and boat floors.
• Perform teardowns and overhauls of outboard motors from 35 to 350 horsepower, including fuel systems and propellers.
• Maintain rigid hull boats and trailers, including electrical system maintenance and fiberglass repair.
• Execute maintenance per OPNAV Instruction 4790 and schedule within the 3M maintenance system using the SKED program.
• Track equipment deficiencies, prepare material requisitions, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Maintain 3M documentation, including Maintenance Requirement Cards and Job Sequence Numbers, and operate GCSS-Army Maintenance Module.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports and weekly labor-hour reports.
