Insight Global is seeking Systems Engineers with an Active Secret Clearance for a high-visibility defense program developing airborne electronic warfare systems. The role emphasizes hands-on integration, testing, requirements development, MBSE, or system-level engineering opportunities.

You will participate in development, integration, testing, and sustainment of advanced airborne defense systems, collaborating with software, hardware, RF, and mission systems teams to deliver new capabilities

Qualificações

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of Systems Engineering experience in an Aerospace/Defense environment.
• Strong experience with system integration and testing.
• Experience in a deliverable-driven engineering environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support development, integration, testing, and sustainment of advanced airborne defense systems.

• Execute system integration, verification, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support lab testing, qualification events, customer demonstrations, and operational test activities.
• Ensure systems meet performance requirements while resolving technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on delivering mission-critical capabilities to the warfighter.

What You'll Be Doing

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance (Required)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of Systems Engineering experience in an Aerospace or Defense environment.
• Strong experience with system integration and testing.
• Experience working in a deliverable-driven engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electronic Warfare (EW) experience.
• Aircraft, avionics, mission systems, or weapon systems experience.
• Background in RF systems, verification & validation, or requirements management.
