Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a NAVAIR Configuration Management Analyst to support the PMA-268 Stingray MQ-25A program. You will ensure software CM/DM, track baselines, and coordinate with government and vendors in agile environments.

Requires active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and at least 3 years in SCM, release coordination, and data management. Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and an engineering/technical degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required; US citizenship.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SCM, release coordination, and data management workflows.
• Experience with requirements tracking, configuration baselines, and change control.
• Hands-on with Atlassian Jira and Confluence; Agile collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Software CM and DM prior to DD-250; baselining and tracking configurations.
• Coordinate engineering release configurations and related documentation across environments.
• Lead CDRL tracking and adjudication with SMEs; manage government-vendor feedback loops.
• Provide technical writing for program documents, meeting minutes, and SOPs.
• Administer Agile tools; manage user access, licenses, and vendor credential requests.
• Proactively identify CM process improvements to reduce administrative friction.
