Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Associate Test Manager to join the GPS integration and test team within Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO). You will participate in planning and executing electrical test operations for spacecraft testing at factory and launch sites.

You will lead the Electrical Test Engineering team, drive readiness of test assets, and collaborate with programs and senior leadership to resolve issues and meet schedules. A secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in test plan development for high-value hardware (space preferred).
• Experience with software development including coding/script development and Configuration Management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a subset of the Electrical Test Engineering team and ensure readiness of all ground support equipment, test procedures, test system software, test scripts, test databases and all other test products to support program test schedules.
• Be part of the Electrical Test leadership team to raise and resolve issues with programs and senior leadership.
• Prepare inputs to schedules and status reviews.
• Manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of major system and subsystem test activities.
• Oversee processes for major technical meetings, ROMs, proposals, and studies.
• Review Space Systems Company Command Media relative to test and ensure program compliance.
