Guidehouse is seeking a Salesforce Engineer (Developer) to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows. You will build secure data models, integrate with enterprise systems, and contribute to SDLC activities in an Agile setting.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, strong knowledge of security and data modeling, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, permission sets, sharing, and declarative configuration.
• Experience designing and building integrations using REST and SOAP API, and asynchronous processing including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and Event-Driven Architectures.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with source-driven development: Salesforce DX, Git, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, and structured release management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Experience Cloud
• An active federal security clearance (Secret or higher).

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform-native automation.
• Develop integrations to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems.
• Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical designs and high-quality implementations.
• Build secure, performant data models and application architectures aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Support full SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, and performance layers.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, analysts, and QA teams within an Agile delivery model.
• Contribute to code reviews, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
• Stay current on emerging Salesforce capabilities including AI, automation, Experience Cloud, and platform releases.
