Cape Fox Corporation, via its Cape Fox Federal Integrators subsidiary, seeks an experienced Program Manager for AMCOM logistics support in Huntsville, Alabama. The role commands full contract oversight, staff coordination, and government liaison duties to meet performance and security requirements. This on-site position requires a Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• 10+ years of government contract management experience.
• Experience with Army logistics and FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Active Secret Security clearance required; work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring with Government counterparts.
• Act as single point of contact for Government, with authority on contract execution, performance, and personnel oversight.
• Ensure activities comply with FAR/DFARS, security, QA, reporting, and customer service standards.
• Oversee supply chain optimization, logistics analysis, warehouse operations, and transition activities.
• Manage subcontractor integration, risk management, and delivery of deliverables.
• Prepare and review performance and cost reports and status updates.
• Communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align on program issues.
