Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; military experience favored.
• Experience in network solution design, provisioning, and QoS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Solution Design Team and set priorities.
• Provide technical leadership across the DISN provisioning lifecycle.
• Develop, review, and maintain solution design documentation and artifacts.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of work products.
• Identify, manage, and resolve technical and operational impediments.
• Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, customers, and vendors.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
