Job summary

Centuria is seeking an Application Developer (.NET) to support USFF HQ IT at a government facility in Norfolk, VA. The role requires Secret clearance, IAT II and AZ-900 certifications, and hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure services.

You will develop and integrate enterprise-level applications, ensure security compliance, and contribute to IT service delivery for Navy Fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or an Associate degree with additional 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop SharePoint web parts, custom solutions, web site design, dashboards, and BI reports.
• Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop applications with data sources and front-end interfaces, connecting to backend databases.
• Install and configure Windows servers with related services and features.
• Implement information assurance controls and 508 accessibility compliance.
• Perform thorough code testing and error validation before production.
• Participate in planning, documentation, and design reviews for SharePoint solutions and apps.
• Translate business requirements into design via prototyping and storyboarding.
• Use SPFx, Power Platform, Windows Servers, SQL, Visual Studio, Azure, DevOps, virtualization, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, Visio, InfoPath, PowerShell, Python, R.
• Support Azure Cloud environment administration (App Services, SQL, Key Vault, VMs, storage).
• Assist in configuring Azure DevOps repos, pipelines, Agile boards, security and account management.
• Integrate AI cloud services to improve decision making.
• Develop application technical guides and provide end-user training.
• Participate in regular project meetings and share recommendations on current technologies.
