Job summary

Centuria, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, seeks an Application Developer (.NET) to support USFF HQ Norfolk, VA at a Government facility. You will build SharePoint components, Power Platform solutions, and custom apps, ensuring secure, scalable IT services for Navy operations.

The role requires a Secret clearance and IAT II with AZ-900 or equivalent. You will work with Azure DevOps, Windows servers, and modern development tools in a government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with relevant IT experience.
• Six+ years in installation, configuration and management of Microsoft Servers, IIS, and Visual Studio.
• Two years of experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps deployment.
• Proficient in Python and R for data tasks and UI/UX design implementation.
• Experience with Azure services or similar cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of OpenAI or similar AI technologies.
• Experience with virtualization tech (Hyper-V/VMware).
• Microsoft Office and VBA proficiency; Agile practices knowledge.
• Active secret clearance is required; IAT II and AZ-900 within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop SharePoint web parts, dashboards, and BI reports.
• Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Create customs apps using internal/external data sources and web front-ends.
• Install and configure Windows servers and related services.
• Implement IA controls such as STIG and 508 accessibility compliance.
• Perform thorough code testing before production deployment.
• Plan and document design reviews for SharePoint solutions.
• Translate business requirements into prototyping and storyboard designs.
• Use SPFx, Power Platform, Windows Server, SQL, VS, Azure Cloud, and DevOps tools.
• Support Azure cloud environment administration (App Services, SQL, Key Vault, VMs).
• Assist in Azure DevOps repos, pipelines, and Agile boards.
• Integrate AI cloud services to enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Develop technical guides and provide end-user training.
• Attend regular project meetings and provide technical recommendations.
