Job summary

JANUS Research Group seeks an MBSE Modeler / Systems Engineer to support Army Aviation modernization, requirements, architecture, and digital engineering efforts. You will develop structured MBSE models linking operational requirements, system functions, interfaces, and architectures within an integrated digital environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years of systems engineering, MBSE proficiency with SysML, and hands-on Cameo/MagicDraw experience, plus an active Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years of systems-engineering experience.
• Demonstrated MBSE experience and SysML proficiency.
• Hands-on Cameo/MagicDraw or equivalent MBSE tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MBSE models for Army Aviation capabilities.
• Conduct requirements analysis, decomposition, allocation and traceability.
• Develop architectures: operational, functional, system, and interfaces.
• Use SysML to model requirements, behaviors, interfaces, and system structure.
• Create models with Cameo/MagicDraw or equivalent MBSE tools.
• Support lifecycle activities: requirements, architecture, integration, verification, validation.
• Identify relationships among mission requirements, system capabilities, interfaces, and performance.
